Batman Costumes

The Dark Knight, Batman, is one of the most popular SuperHeros of all time. Batman was first introduced to the world in 1939. Since that time Batman has seen a live action TV show, featuring Adam West as Batman. As well, we've seen Batman appear 6 live action movies the most recent being "The Dark Knight." Throughout all the time there has always been a Batman comicbook as he's so popular!

The story of Batman, as most people know, is a sad one to begin with. Bruce Wayne's parents are killed when he is just a young boy. Bruce decides that he will extract revenge on the person who killed his parents. Throughout his adolescent years he learns how to fight and learns the training to become Batman. After returning to Gotham he finds the peoeple who killed his parents and extracts his revenge. Batman decides that he will use his powers for good NOT evil and fight the forces of evil head on.

As Batman has been around for 70 years there is a wide variety of costumes to choose. The two most popular are the classic costume and the Dark Knight costume. The classic costumes involves grey and blue (or black) while the Dark Knight costume is a fully black fight fitting costume. Both of these costumes, if done correctly, are tight fitting and quite complicated. We definitely recommend purchasing the Batman costume as making your own ususally turns out to be more work and less attractive then the alternative.
